Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, booking a call, or engaging Weblify for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, prospects, and clients.
Our Services
Weblify provides custom AI automation services including AI agent design and development, intelligent chatbot build and deployment, workflow automation and systems integration, and ongoing optimization and support retainers. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Proposal or Statement of Work agreed upon with each client prior to work beginning.
Free AI Audit
The free 45-minute AI Audit is a no-obligation consultation. It does not constitute a service agreement, guarantee of results, or commitment on either party to proceed to a paid engagement. Information shared during the audit is kept confidential.
Payments & Fees
All project fees are outlined in the agreed Proposal or Statement of Work. A deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the payment schedule. Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding invoices. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Project Scope & Change Requests
Our proposals define a clear scope of work. Any additions or changes to the original scope are considered change requests and may require a revised timeline and additional fees. We will always notify you and obtain written approval before proceeding with out-of-scope work.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, clients agree to provide timely access to required tools, platforms, and credentials; designate a point of contact for approvals and reviews; attend scheduled check-ins and provide feedback within agreed timelines; and supply accurate information about their business and workflows. Delays caused by client unavailability or late provision of materials may affect the project timeline. Weblify is not liable for delays resulting from client-side factors.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables built for their specific business. Weblify retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, templates, or proprietary tools used in delivery that are not custom-built exclusively for the client. We may reference the engagement as a case study or in our portfolio without revealing confidential information, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business processes, data, or trade secrets shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement. For regulated industries, we sign appropriate data agreements prior to any data access.
Results & Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, lead conversion rates, or time savings. Results depend on factors including your business model, team adoption, market conditions, and the quality of data and tools you provide. Statistics referenced on our website represent industry averages sourced from third-party research, not guaranteed outcomes for individual clients.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weblify’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, work completed to date is billed and payable, deposits are non-refundable unless Weblify fails to commence work within the agreed timeframe, and any deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before escalating to formal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
